Tough 2000 Resin — ABS-Like Strength for Functional Parts
Tough 2000 Resin V2 is an engineering SLA resin that matches the strength and stiffness of ABS plastic. It combines toughness with heat and creep resistance, so functional prototypes and end-use parts resist shattering, deformation, and long-term wear.
Printed on our Formlabs Form 4, Tough 2000 reaches 40 MPa tensile strength, a 79% elongation at break, and 70 °C heat deflection — and shows only 1.3% creep strain under a 4 MPa load after two weeks. The V2 formulation delivers 3× the fracture toughness of the previous generation, with a darker matte finish.
Choose Tough 2000 for snap-fit assemblies, robust enclosures, factory-floor jigs and fixtures, and production-ready end-use parts. Upload your model to our instant calculator for a Tough 2000 price in seconds.
