Welcome to Send3DSend, a 3D printing service operated by Unicorp H d.o.o. (Croatia). By using this service, you agree to the following terms. In these terms, 'Send3DSend', 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Unicorp H d.o.o.
1. Service Description
Send3DSend provides on-demand 3D printing services. We print your uploaded 3D models using FDM and SLA technologies and ship the finished parts to your address.
2. Orders & Pricing
Prices shown on our quote tool are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed upon order review. All prices are in EUR and include Croatian VAT where applicable.
3. Shipping
We ship within Croatia via GLS and Hrvatska Pošta. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days. Express options are available.
4. Returns
Due to the custom nature of 3D printed parts, returns are accepted only for defective items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property & User Uploads
You represent that you own or have permission to print any 3D model you upload or link to. Send3DSend acts as a print-on-demand service provider and does not review uploaded files for third-party rights. You indemnify Send3DSend against any claim arising from files you submit. Rights holders may contact info@send3dsend.com for takedown requests — we respond within a reasonable time and stop printing any flagged order.
