PLA Filament — The Most Popular 3D Printing Material

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources such as cornstarch. It is the most widely used material in FDM 3D printing thanks to its ease of printing, low cost, and extensive range of colours and finishes.

Our catalogue includes several PLA variants from Bambu Lab: PLA Basic for everyday projects, PLA Matte for a smooth finish with reduced visible layer lines, PLA Silk+ for a metallic sheen, PLA Tough+ for enhanced strength, and specialty variants including PLA Wood (wood-grain look), PLA Marble (marble effect), PLA Galaxy (star-speckled pattern), and PLA Glow (glow-in-the-dark). PLA Aero is a lightweight foamed variant ideal for large decorative models.

PLA is perfect for prototypes, educational models, decorative objects, miniatures, and cosplay props. It is not suitable for parts exposed to high temperatures (above 55 °C) or heavy mechanical loads. For functional parts, we recommend PETG or ABS.
