Plastic 3D printing, layer by layer
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) melts a thermoplastic filament and lays it down in thin layers until the part is finished. It is the most cost-effective route from a 3D model to a real plastic part: no tooling, no moulds, no minimum batch.
We print on Bambu Lab X1C machines with a 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume, layer heights from 0.08 to 0.28 mm and 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm nozzles. Wall thickness, infill and the number of top and bottom layers are yours to choose in the calculator, so the same model can be ordered as a cheap visual prototype or as a solid functional part.

How much does FDM 3D printing cost?
The price depends on model volume, material, layer height and quantity. FDM printing starts at roughly 5 EUR, and you get the exact figure the moment you upload the model into the calculator, VAT and shipping included.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We print a single part, with no setup fee and no minimum quantity. The same process covers one prototype and a batch of a hundred.
Which material should I choose for a functional part?
For parts that carry load or heat, PETG, ABS or ASA are the usual answer. When you need more stiffness and dimensional stability, we move to glass- or carbon-fibre filled filaments: ABS-GF, PA6-CF or PAHT-CF. If you are unsure, describe the application and we will suggest a material.
What is ABS-GF and when should I use it?
ABS-GF is ABS reinforced with glass fibre. It keeps the heat resistance of ABS but is considerably stiffer and more dimensionally stable, which makes it a fit for brackets, housings and parts that run warm.
Do you handle small series and industrial orders?
Yes. Small series print with the same process as single parts, with no tooling and no setup cost, so they pay off from a handful of pieces onward. For larger or repeating volumes, send the model and quantity and we will plan the production schedule.
